Shipping & ReturnsIMPORTANT - Please inspect all items upon delivery to check for transit damage and ensure the battery is funtioning. All of our items have a 30 Days warranty. We will not refund any damage caused by usage. Customers must pay the postage on all returns, and this will be deducted from any refunds. Please ensure that you have sufficient flat hard surface for use of all items. Grass and gravel are not suitable.All of our Deliveries to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland are free. If you dwell in the Republic of Ireland, we are more than happy to deliver there, but there will be an additional charge for this. This charge varies from item to item but we use very competitively priced delivery companies for our different sized item and we endevour to keep this extra delivery cost low. Please contact for individual pricing. If you are wishing for an item to be delivered to another part of the world, please email us the details, and we will gratefully quote you our delivery costs. In the UK and Northern Ireland we use Parcel Force for most of our deliveries to enable Next Day Delivery (on orders received before 2PM) on our Mainland UK addesses and 2-3 Business Day Delivery on addresses in Northern Ireland. Larger Items may require specialist delivery companies, but these are also expected to delivery within 3-4 business days. If you have not received an item within 7 Business Days from ordering. Please do not hesitate to contact us. If you wish to ensure an item is delivered immediately, follow up your order with an email to billing @ toy store uk .co.uk (remove spaces). No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item delivered through 24 hour post and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company. If a courier company has tried to deliver the item but have not found anyone to take delivery then it will become the customers responsibility to pay for re-delivery charge incurred. Here you can Update your current items, Continue Shopping or proceed to Checkout. From here you will be asked to either login to an existing account or create a new one. Once logged in you can confirm your delivery address and any notes for the order. Next you will be given postage options, for UK and Northern Ireland this is free, for anywhere else please contact us for costings. The following page will offer you our payment details. Returns Policy You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of it being placed or seven days after receipt of the goods. 7 Days Cooling off period starts from the day after the goods are delivered. If you do cancel your order with us then you will have your payment returned promptly. Please note that postage for both ways will be deducted from the refund if you choose to cancel the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that if the item is showing signs of use, we reserve the right to not offer you a full refund. Product details All products sold on our listings are brand new; we DO NOT sell used or refurbished items unless stated. All the products conform to relevant British Safety standards and suitable for children to play with, with the age group stated. Warranty & Return Policy details All items sold on our listings carry 30 days return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. With any damages or missing parts should be reported within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. No exceptions will be allowed and the management of Toy Store UK reserve the right to withdraw this warranty at any given time. In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered, Toy Store UK will aim to repair the product by sending replacement parts out to the customers address as soon as possible, if this is not possible then we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back to our warehouse for repair. In all other circumstances the customer will be liable for the delivery and collection charge incurred. We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 28 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the managers discretion. Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to email us the details along with pictures if appropriate so one of our technicians can answer with some troubleshooting steps. When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return. Batteries Please note that Toy Store UK only offer 30 days warranty for the batteries that are provided with any items sold. In every sale the item is checked by our staff prior to despatch and the battery is fully tested. If in a situation the item becomes un-useable due to a faulty battery then the customer will be liable for Courier charge incurred to get the replacement battery out. Toy Store UK will provide the battery free of charge but the shipping charge must be met by the customer. This is providing that the battery is within the warrenty period. After Warrenty period, the customer is liable to pay for the battery and shipping cost. Packaging Please note that in the event of the customer returning the goods, please try to return it in the original packaging sent with the item. If you do not have original packaging, please use adequate packaging. We advise that if there are storage problems due to the size of the box - you flat pack it and store it safely. The consumers owe a duty of care to look after the goods while they are in their possession and also to ensure that the goods are adequately packed for transit return Damage in Transit We appreciate due to the size and shape of the boxes we send to you, they may be vulnerable to damage in transit by the couriers. If this happens to your item then you must report this within 7 days of you recieving the item. So it leaves enough time for our staff to claim on the couriers insurance. If the item is not repaired by sending replacement parts then we will replace the entire item at our discretion. 100% Satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with our products, you can return it us within 7 days and we will either offer you a exchange or refund your money. Please note: if you are returning the item due to the damage or faults, we will refund you inc postage however if you are returning for any other reason, we will deduct the postage from the total price. This does not affect your statuary rights. Please note that as we use different Dispatch Suppliers for our different products therefore we also have different Returns Addresses, details of the Return Address will be found with your delivery.
